The 150-Watt LED Wide Body 4 Foot Vaportight product line is available in several wattages with a wide choice of mounting configurations and optical distributions designed to replace HID lighting systems from 250w to 1000w MH or HPS.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The EnviroLux Splash Zone™ 4-Foot Narrow Body Vapor Tight is built in Canton, Texas for the environments that destroy ordinary fixtures: food processing, washdown, cold storage, chemical and corrosive atmospheres, and non-climate-controlled industrial space. The 141-watt model replaces 250–400W metal halide or HPS and is available in 30 to 150 watts in the same 4-foot housing, with mounting heights up to 35 feet.

SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

HOUSING
Fiberglass-reinforced composite housing – non-corrosive, non-conductive, and will not rust, chalk or crack in washdown or chemical environments. Heavier wall than competing resin vaportights. A poured-in-place polyurethane gasket forms a continuous seal between housing and lens with no glued or strip gaskets to fail. Stainless steel latches and mounting hardware. No drilling through the housing to install, which cuts installation time and preserves the seal.

LENS
Impact-resistant polycarbonate (acrylic available), clear or frosted. The frosted lens reduces direct glare and LED hot-spot imaging without a meaningful loss of output.

LED LIGHT ENGINE
EnviroLux-built aluminum metal-core PCB with 2oz copper inlay (industry standard is 1oz on FR4) for superior heat transfer. High-bin diodes at 1–3 step MacAdam binning for consistent color fixture to fixture, with no color shift over life. More diodes driven at lower current than competing fixtures, which keeps junction temperatures down and extends life in hot environments. Light engine efficacy 201 lumens per watt; 80 CRI standard. 5000K standard; other CCTs and amber available.

ETL Listed to ANSI/UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 No. 250.0 – Wet Location. NSF Certified for food-zone splash and non-food areas. IP69K rated for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. DLC qualified for utility rebates. Buy America Act (BAA) and Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant.

FINISH
Standard white composite, no coating required. Custom RAL colors available with the EnviroLux AeroShield™ two-part coating system.

MOUNTING OPTIONS
Mount with included V-hangers; includes a 3´ 3-wire cord with leads. Optional stainless steel bail for chain or cable hanging, stainless steel Gripple cable kit (pair, 10 ft), and twist-lock plug (specify voltage and NEMA designation).

150 Watt (30, 50, 75, 100, 120, 130, 141 and 150W available in the same housing)

DRIVER
Programmable electronic driver, 120–277V, 50/60Hz (347–480V available). THD <20%, PF >0.90. Built-in thermal protection. 6kV surge protection standard. 0-10V dimming standard, 100% to 10%; dimming source current 150 microamps.

CONTROLS
Fixtures ordered with factory-installed photocell or occupancy sensor are internally wired for switching and/or 0-10V dimming within the housing. Remote direct-wired 0-10V dimming is not implied and may not be available; consult factory. Fixtures are tested with EnviroLux controls and may not function properly with controls supplied by others. Not designed for use with line-voltage dimmers.

OPTIONS
Self-diagnostic emergency battery backup, occupancy sensor, photocell, twist-lock plug, stainless steel hanging kit, custom color, custom spectra including UV sanitation.

WARRANTY
