EnviroLux LED Thermally Conductive Molded Polymer High Bay Fixture

See the behind the scenes of how we make our Thermally Conductive Molded Polymer High Bay LED Fixture.

This fixture offers a lighter-weight alternative to die-cast fixtures while thermally managing up to a 200-watt LED engine.

The general high bay fixture can be used for a number of industrial applications, including auditoriums, gymnasiums, cold storage, warehouses, factories, exhibition halls, and distribution centers.

Its flat frosted acrylic lens provides uniform glare-free lighting from the LED unit.

We start manufacturing the high bay fixture with molded-in inserts and press-fit threaded inserts before testing its capabilities.

To ensure it meets our rigorous performance standards, we energize the fixture for at least an hour and douse it with 26.4 gallons of water per minute for 3 minutes. We then remove all water from outside of the housing and open the fixture to see if any water got in.

If the fixture is completely dry inside, it passes the performance test.

At EnviroLux, we are dedicated to delivering the quality and transparency you expect.
