EnviroLux Custom Fit LED Retrofit Kits - UL and DLC Listed

Our LED retrofit kits are a fast and easy way to upgrade your existing luminaire. Follow along as we show you the process of replacing and manufacturing our retrofit kits.

First, we remove the reflector from the existing luminaire and ship it back to us with our FedEx account.

Once we have the original back at our facility, we design a high-quality duplicate with our custom LED retrofit kit. We make sure all the holes in the custom-fit LED retrofit kit precisely match the existing reflector holes of your existing HID luminaire.

We use heavy gauge aluminum materials to efficiently manage the heat thermals in your existing luminaire housing after retrofitting the LED.

Then the custom-fit LED engine is shipped with a plug-and-play quick disconnect. It also has TL-rated programmable LED drivers, which are the highest-rated LED driver listed by UL Safety for managing heat thermals.

All EnviroLux custom-fit LED retrofit kits are produced in the USA and are UL-listed and DLC-approved for energy rebates. You can see up to 80% energy savings while enjoying 10 years of maintenance-free usage for most applications.

The LED engines are conformally coated, which makes them water and humidity-proof.

When we are finished, we FedEx free samples back to you for installation and final approval.

After you approve the luminaire, we build the remaining custom-fit retrofit kits and ship them back to you for a complete installation.
